Welcome to StampPing! StampPing ("we," "us," or "the Platform") provides a WhatsApp-based customer loyalty management service for merchants. By registering for and using our services, you ("the Merchant") agree to the following terms:
1. Account Registration & Trial
- .Eligibility: You must possess valid business registration (if applicable) and valid contact information.
- .WhatsApp Account: You are required to provide a valid phone number that is NOT currently linked to any WhatsApp Personal or Business App to activate the WhatsApp Business API functionality.
- .Free Trial: New merchants are entitled to a 14-day free trial with full feature access. Upon expiration of the trial, services will be suspended unless a paid subscription plan is activated.
2. Subscription & Fees (IMPORTANT)
- .Platform Subscription Fee: Our service operates on a subscription basis (SaaS). Fees will be automatically charged periodically via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the merchant dashboard.
- .About WhatsApp Messaging Fees:
- ・Please note: The Platform Subscription Fee DOES NOT include official WhatsApp messaging fees.
- ・WhatsApp charges merchants directly based on conversation categories (e.g., Marketing/Broadcast, Service conversations).
- ・These fees are determined solely by Meta (the parent company of WhatsApp). We only facilitate the process or display relevant billing details.
- .Refund Policy: Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Loyalty Campaigns & Reward Responsibilities
- .Rule Settings: Merchants have full discretion to set loyalty goals (e.g., collect 10 stamps) and rewards (e.g., get 1 free coffee). You acknowledge that modifying rules or stamp expiry dates will immediately affect all existing customers.
- .Fulfillment Responsibility: The Merchant is solely responsible for fulfilling reward promises to customers. When a customer meets the redemption criteria, the Merchant must provide the specified goods or services. StampPing provides the technical tools only and does not intervene in disputes regarding goods delivery between Merchants and customers.
- .Promotional Materials: Merchants may use the QR Codes and promotional materials (Onboarding Kit) generated by the Platform for marketing purposes, but must not use them for illegal or misleading activities.
4. Broadcast Message Usage Policy
- .Anti-Abuse Policy: When using the "Broadcast" feature, Merchants must comply with Meta's Commerce Policy. Sending spam, fraudulent, or harassing content is strictly prohibited.
- .Blocking Risk: StampPing accepts no liability if a Merchant's WhatsApp account is blocked or banned by Meta due to the sending of violating or non-compliant messages.
5. Data Privacy & Security
- .Data Ownership: Customer data (such as phone numbers and transaction records) belongs to you, the Merchant. StampPing acts solely as a Data Processor to assist you in managing your membership system.
- .Security Measures: We employ industry-standard encryption and permission management (such as Stripe payment security and Meta authorization integration) to protect your account security.
- .Data Backup: While we perform regular backups, we recommend that Merchants also export important data periodically.
6. Disclaimer
We strive to ensure system stability (SLA), but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times (e.g., in the event of a global WhatsApp outage). To the extent permitted by law, StampPing shall not be liable for any indirect losses (such as loss of revenue or reputational damage) arising from the use of the service.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. In the event of significant updates, we will notify you via email or system announcement. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
